Probably done!

I wanted to learn about a few more things. This update adds sound effects (toggleable), a full screen option, top 10 high scores, a more pleasant camera, better keyboard support, full gamepad support, mouse and touch support, and makes everything responsive instead of stuck in 800x600 4:3.
